Confirming your appointment
As your appointment approaches, one of our staff will give you a call the day before to confirm appointment. Alternatively, we email you if we can not reach you by the phone to remind your appointment. This appointment time has been set aside specifically for you, so please make sure you give us plenty of notice if you are unable to attend.
Please note 24 hours’ notice is required if you cancel or change your appointment.

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a medical history form. This ensures we can provide you with the best possible treatment. If there are any concerns you may have with this form, or anything about our practice, our friendly staff is here to help.

Getting there
Our office is located in the World On Yonge Complex, making it easily accessible via public transport and plenty of free indoor parking and around the premises.
During your appointment
For all first consultations, Dr.Neda Kadivar will perform a comprehensive oral exam to assess the conditions of your teeth and gums, and address any dental concerns you may have at the time of your appointment. A small intra-oral x-rays will be required to help assess and diagnose the condition of your teeth and bones, that is not easily visibile.
A complete treatment plan is then provided and Dr.Neda Kadivar will be addressing all your dental concern in order of priority.

In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed convenient payment options for you to choose from. Prior to proceeding with the treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you.
We pay close attention and respect your dental budget. Our experienced staff want to make sure that our services fit within your finances.
We partner with several major insurance providers and we accept most insurance plans and payments by Visa – MasterCard – American Express – Debit – Cash
DIRECT BILLING TO YOUR INSURANCE (OPTIONAL)
Our dental clinics also offers direct billing, so you don’t have to be concerned about paying upfront. To make your dental visit hassle free we can bill your insurance directly (electronically) and provide you with a copy of the claim. Our pricing follows the current ODA fee structure.
